The space This is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a basement with washer & dryer. Guest access You can use the apartment and the backyard just please cover fire logs and furniture with the covers. (Don’t allow the fire log cover to hinder the air access to the a/c units. Also, you may use the laundry in the basement Other things to note For the winter, I will be preparing a hot tub and steam sauna but not sure how to do this but it will be installed soon!
