A Room in beautiful Golden Beach

A room in a spacious house close to the sea. A quiet area but close to everything you need to enjoy the beautiful coastline. A lovely walk into Golden Beach for cafes and restaurants or try out some of the water sports and fishing nearby! Caloundra Powerboat Club is just around the corner. Caloundra is only 5 minutes by car to enjoy all the amenities and more spectacular beaches. My partner and I live in the house and really enjoy meeting new people but also happy to give you your privacy. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and an office. Two outdoor areas at the front there is a pool and lounges at the back a peaceful sitting area. The bedroom is private on the other side of the house and the bathroom is opposite. There is a shared kitchen and lounge. Guest access The key for the front door will be in a security box During your stay We are happy to interact with guests and give them advice of places to visit and recommend restaurants in the area.
