Fully stocked with all the essentials to enjoy your glamping adventure. The dome has a main entrance as well as a back door leading straight out to the hot tub and patio area. Inside you will find a kitchenette (equipped with fridge, microwave, air fryer/ toaster, electric burner and griddle) private bathroom, downstairs queen bed with luxury mattress, upstairs sleeping loft with queen (low clearance - sleeping room only), as well as a sitting / dining area and washer / dryer. The space is fully insulated, heated and cooled with guests having full access to the thermostat to ensure your comfort during any season! Game Barn: Just steps away from the dome, the game barn features an attached covered picnic area with BBQ. Perfect for gathering outside during your glamping stay. The barn is fully stocked with games and activities to allow you to disconnect from technology and take a step back to simpler times. We do not offer WiFi, however there is a cell tower on the neighboring hill allowing for reliable service if you should need connection. Outside: The dome and deck can be accessed by our main front stair entrance or on the side lawn with walk up access for guests with limited mobility. On the deck you may enjoy multiple seating areas or lounge by the hot tub. Just steps away from the deck is our fire pit with seating and complementary firewood. As you explore the property you will find two swing areas (and several Insta worthy photo ops). Keep in mind that the dome is nestled in the forest and you may encounter wildlife. Guest access Guests have full access to the Dome and Game Barn nestled on two private acres with no in sight neighbors. The driveway is well marked with our address (310) along with a sign visible from the road. The neighboring properties have ‘No Trespassing’ signs marking their private drives. Please respect their privacy and DO NOT drive on their property. Other things to note *This property is not recommended for children under 5. Please remember the golden rule when staying in The Dome (Treat it as you would want yours to be treated). We are a small business with a passion for sharing the magic of Southern Illinois with our guests. We can only continue this mission with your help of respecting the space.
