This studio condo is on the 16th floor of Peachtree Towers in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. This condo features queen size bed, plus a queen air mattress. Conveniently located close proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Georgia State University, Peachtree Center Marta Station, and Civic Center Marta Station. Across the street from America's Mart. The space Cozy studio with queen bed, queen air mattress, sofa, breakfast area, kitchenette, screened in balcony with stunning views of the city. Guest access The condo is a studio unit. Like a hotel, the bedroom is combined with the living room. There is also laundry facilities downstairs that guests will be able to use. There is community washer and dryer area in the basement of the building. The cost of laundry depends on the size of your load (different sized machines cost different amounts). Other things to note The pricing of the reservations, are non-negotiable. Please do not ask for discount. The answer will be no. There is not a parking space designated to the condo that guests can use to park; however, The best place to park is the parking garage at the corner of Baker Street and Ted Turner Drive. The address of the lot is 31 Baker Street. This lot is highly encouraged over the open parking lot directly behind the building, which has had a number of car break-ins recently. Neither parking lot is associated with the building and so we can not guarantee any daily or weekly rates. Guests who stay longer than 35 days will need to complete a background check, per the Homeowner's Association guidelines. There is 24/7 Concierge.
