Welcome to our light-flooded beach house on the lake with 2 bedrooms (beds 180 x 200 cm each), a spacious living room with sofa bed, an inviting eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace with lake view. The supposedly longest inland sandy beach in Europe is right outside the front door. The property is equipped with sheets. The space Make yourself comfortable in our spacious tiny house with lake view and its own sauna with hot tub. The living room invites you to linger with a good book in a spectacular evening light mood. The adjoining open kitchen-living room with dining area directly by the large lake window has already made one or two game rounds the cozy place-to-be in the house. The perfect place to get together again in peace. Two bedrooms are ready for you, the "master" bedroom awaits you with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and plenty of storage space in the closets. The skylight does not currently have a darkening function, the French window has a darkening curtain. The second bedroom offers you the opportunity to get closer to the stars, literally! A bunk bed with a lying area of 1.80 x 2.00 m, direct view of the starry sky and still plenty of space upwards, so that no one has to hit their head (please note, the side barrier is quite low and therefore may not be suitable for unaccompanied toddlers). Of course, there is also enough storage space for your equipment. To darken the room there is a darkening curtain on the French window, the skylight has an integrated darkening that can be controlled manually. The cottage is rounded off with a bright daylight bathroom with a spacious shower. So that media entertainment is not neglected, our house is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and a Marshall soundbox. If the approximately 55 sqm should become too narrow for you, the wooden terrace directly adjacent to the eat-in kitchen with lake view is just the right place to let the sea air blow around your nose. A fire bowl for cozy evenings by the campfire is also available to you. Finally, as a complement to optimal relaxation, a private sauna and a wood-burning hot tub in the garden await you. The use is exclusive and included in the house price. We provide you with a package of wood briquettes for the hot tub's wood-burning stove. Arrive, switch off, enjoy. Guest access Our approximately 8000 sqm property directly on the beach edge of Bergheider Lake is fenced with a stick mat fence about 1.40-1.60 m high and is available to guests of our 4 cottages, as well as the shared driveway leads once over the property. Our 4 houses are in a row, but with enough space between them to ensure privacy. You can drive directly to the house and have exclusive access to the house. The house itself is separated by a 1m high picket fence on 3 sides. Other things to note Bunk bed notes: Please note that the side barrier is quite low and therefore may not be suitable for unaccompanied infants. Please note that our direct neighbor, the F60 hosts events during the season (March-October). The calendar of events can be found on the F60's website. Important note for summer vacations: At the end of July 2026, the Feel Festival (July 23-26) will take place at Lake Bergheide. The festival's setup work will begin on July 1, 2026. According to the organizer, the cleanup work should be completed by July 30/August 4.
