Indoor space for the winter, with a cozy fireplace, and a full view of the lake with a beautiful sunset. Gated community with remote control access. Perfect for gathering family or friends for a barbecue and enjoying nature. The space We offer the house with a closed patio and outdoor area facing the water. Two outdoor barbecues, chairs and umbrella. Two furnished bedrooms with a bed (two full beds, one double bed), air-conditioning and a wardrobe, and the living room has a sofa bed. Included are sheets, pillowcases and face towels, as well as kitchen utensils (full kitchen, with stove, oven and microwave). It also has a beer maker and glass cups for beverages. Clothing, toiletries, cleaning products, and food are not included. In addition to the pool bath, access to water with protective vests is available. There are no lifeguards and we do not have a rescue service, so the use of the dam water should only occur in the presence of adults and with experience and the use of life jackets. Guest access Access to the condominium is through a remote-controlled gate, and guests will have access to the house (enclosed patio) and the grass area in front of the property, with access to water. Guests are not allowed to access the other houses in the condominium. Other things to note The availability of house items for use are for comfort and better accommodation and must be returned in the same condition. Any broken or damaged items must be returned to the owner.
