This is so neighbors are not disturbed. Outside of quiet hours courteous behaviors and noise levels respecting the neighborhood are expected. No Smoking inside the house anywhere. Smokers may smoke in the backyard near the back fence area. No pets allowed on the property at all. Garage: if you’ve rented the whole house you may use the car to park your cars inside. Children/young Family Members All are welcome, but if young children are brought to the home you are responsible for their safety and their actions 100% of the time. Information needed during Bookings One guests can book for a group of guests. Some information of all guests is required. 1 relationship to the individual making the booking 2. Purpose of stay 3. Whether the other guests are Adults or children 4. Ages of children if under 13. Our house accommodates five individuals very comfortably, but if you have a larger group then we can accommodate them for an additional charge at $10/day/person. Guest access Guests may use all areas of the house. If wanting to use the outside shed please communicate with me first. Other things to note No Smoking and/or Vaping allowed indoors. We will do our best to make the purchase and stock the home with the item for your use. Pet Policy Notice We’re happy to welcome pets! 🐾 Please note that we allow a maximum of one pet per stay, and all pets must be approved prior to booking. A pet fee applies as follows: • $50 per stay for reservations up to 30 days • $100 per stay for reservations over 30 days Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the home. We kindly ask that you ensure no mess or damage is left on the property. Please also note that our home is not specifically set up for pets, so you will need to bring your own pet supplies and accessories. While we have not typically allowed pets in the past, we’re excited to begin welcoming furry companions and look forward to hosting you. We simply want to ensure expectations are clear so everyone has a great experience.
