Unit Sizes & Layouts • Sizes are fixed — no more, no less, not even by 1 meter. • 2-Bedroom Unit → 50 m², 1 bathroom • 3-Bedroom Unit → 65 m², 2 bathrooms • Some bathrooms may be mirrored (toilet on the right or left), but all features are the same. 💡 Expectations on Size & Number of Guests Our concept is to maximize sleeping capacity so more guests can stay together for better value. For guests new to Taman Anggrek: please understand that all units here have the same fixed size. There are no larger units in this complex, so expectations should be set accordingly. --- Please Note --- Price – Size – Capacity will not always align perfectly. Hotels typically limit 1 room to 2 guests, while our setup prioritizes accommodating more people in the same space.
 2. Security & Access We manage over 20 apartments in various locations, and this building has the strictest security. This is excellent for safety ✅ but also means guests must follow stricter entry procedures, which may feel different compared to other locations.
 3. Facilities Access Rules (Set by Building Management – Not the Host) • Guests staying less than 30 days: Access to outdoor pool only.
