Boasting a private & secluded Spa, grill, beautiful cozy bedrooms with TV's, fireplace, a seasonal fire pit, & BBall hoop. A large open layout is perfect for a group getaway. In a central location, 5 mins to Target & Starbucks, 18 min - USAFA, 15 min - Ford Amphitheater, 25 min -Garden of the gods, 22 min to Downtown. 2 King Bdrms, & 2 Queen bdrms. Book a true Colorado experience! The space The lovely design you see pictured was courtesy of Deb Perkins of Woven Roots, a local Colorado Springs designer. We do have mineral rich water that reminds us a bit of a hot spring with a slight sulfur smell sometimes. We have had the water tested, have new pipes and do change filters regularly and it is perfectly safe to drink and shower in. Enjoy the hot tub as it is heated year round for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, other than a couple supply closets we use to restock between visits! Other things to note Just a 20 minute drive to the U.S. Air Force Academy -30 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods -40 minutes from Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate -20 minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs -30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport -1h20m from the Denver International Airport Available year-round. We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap.
