🌴 EXSTR Apartment • Magusan 203 Nice and small independent room with private connected bathroom located on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire city, the Cali River Boulevard, just steps away from all the fun. The this is the best place to get to know the local culture. The unit consists of an open space with a bed, small desk and private bathroom. It has hot water, WiFi, air conditioning, SmartTV and elevator. The space This old building is called 'Magusan' and has been completely renovated while retaining some of its old charm. The apartment is located on the second floor. We rescued the old elevator which works perfectly well so no need to climb stairs. The bedroom includes a beautiful Queen bed, blackout curtains, air conditioning, a work desk, and a 43" SmartTV that connects to all your favorite streaming apps (no local cable package). The bathroom comes with towels, rug, hair dryer, toilet paper, makeup remover pads + shampoo, conditioner and unlimited hot water from the electric heater. Guest access Once you rent it the whole place is yours. You're welcome to have a guest over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (2 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed. Other things to note Registration: According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Parking: The Magusan building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There is a safe paid parking lot a few blocks away that we will happily guide you to. Housekeeping & Laundry: Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. Laundry is $40.000 COP per load (up to 10 kg). It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $60.000 COP per assigned day. Medical tourists: Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged. Free City Tour included: As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation. Airport pick-ups: Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost. Factura electrónica: We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense. Interruption in utilities: This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time.
