The space 3 bedrooms- each with a queen bed, 2 night stands, a dresser, lamps, ceiling fan and Roku TV. 2 bathrooms- one attached to the master bedroom and the other centrally located (one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub). Kitchen is fully furnished with all the essential appliances and a pantry for storage. Living room has a large Smart TV and plenty of seating to gather. The dining room table is located by the fireplace and seats 6 people with a smart TV above the fireplace. Another high top table that can seat 4 people is located off the living room. Fenced in backyard with patio area that includes pergola, lights and patio table and chairs. Multiple yard games available for guests to use. There is a 2 car garage available and the driveway will accommodate up to 4 cars. You’ll instantly feel at home in this space, complete with all the amenities and comforts needed to settle in and make the most out of your stay! Guest access Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM. (Just ask for flexibility, we are happy to work with you if possible!) Other things to note The house comfortably fits 6 adults, however if your group has 7+ please reach out with a message to discuss accommodations to potentially fit your party. We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and other bathroom necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Amenities and appliances include: free wifi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven/stove, keurig and coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, nutribullet, dishware, cooking basics and spices and a flat top grill. There are cards, cornhole and ladder golf games available for guests to use. Walking distances to sports stadiums: 8 minute walk to Tointon Family Stadium, 10 minute walk to Bramlage Coliseum, and 10-15 minute walk to Bill Snyder Family Stadium (depending on the gate of entry).
