House Under the Oak - A

House with two apartments in a quiet location offering an ideal base for discovering the beauty of the Bohemian Paradise. The house is located in the village of Veselá near Mnichovo Hradiště, where an oasis of peace awaits you right on the village square with a large garden, facilities for children, a campfire, evening sitting in the barn, or swimming in the pool or hot tub. The space Bedrooms, rooms and other rooms: There are two identical apartments in the building. Each has up to 6 beds: Room 1: double bed (180 cm). Room 2: bunk bed (90 cm top, 140 cm bottom) and 90 cm pull-out bed under the bunk bed. Bed on the lower floor - sofa bed (160 cm). Sanitary facilities: On the lower floor there is a toilet with a children's toilet seat, sink, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and shelf for storing toiletries. Heating: The heating of the building is solved by underfloor hot water heating and a gas condensing boiler. Each apartment has its own electric boiler for heating hot water. Relaxation: For relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub measuring 2 x 2m for a capacity of 6–8 people with integrated wood stove. It includes 8 hydromassage and 12 aeromassage jets and internal LED lighting. An outdoor above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m will be ready for the 2025 summer season. Guest access Transport, parking: Parking is free on the property behind the fence. Other things to note The location is a perfect starting point for organizing trips to the nearby surroundings and monuments in the Bohemian Paradise and in case of bad weather there is the possibility of alternative destinations (e.g. Škoda Auto Museum). Tips for trips are available at the accommodation. Outdoor swimming pools in the area: Bukovina, Kněžmost, Mladá Boleslav, Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou, Turnov, or the Jizera River, e.g. in Mnichov Hradiště. In the period July-Spring we offer a weekly stay so-so. In case of non-occupancy a month in advance, a stay from 2 nights can be arranged.
