La Grange

The space The "La Grange" cottage is located in the municipality of SEZANNE, in the heart of the Sézannais vineyard, 45 km from Epernay and 60 km from Chalons en Champagne. You will be in the countryside while being in the middle of the city thanks to its garden (not overlooked). It will be the perfect place to meet up with family or friends. On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room and a separate toilet. You have access to the terrace and its garden On the 1st floor, you will discover a bathroom, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms as follows: - A bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a single bed of 90 cm - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. For your convenience, the rental rate includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and charges. Upstairs, in the attic, a 160 cm bed and a games and reading room.
