This place is offered to you by the Maison Magnifique concierge, which welcomes you warmly and with kindness. ★ DESCRITPION On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room open to the terrace, garden and swimming pool, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a relaxation and game area with TV & billiards, a pantry with washer and dryer, toilets and a first bedroom (bed 140) with its own shower room. On the 1st floor: you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with their shower rooms including a master suite with WC, and separate WC. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden (not fully enclosed) ★ POOL and HOT TUB The pool is available from April/May to September/October and is heated. The spa is accessible year-round. Internal ★ rules The house is non-smoking and is intended for respectful families or groups of friends. This rental does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years old), parties, or celebrations. ★ HOUSEHOLD LINEN Linens are provided (bedding, bath towels and tea towels) ★ HOUSEKEEPING Mandatory cleaning fee is to be paid on-site upon arrival, thank you: - 80 in low season (spa only) - 130 euros when the pool and hot tub are in operation ★ CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT TIMES When possible, I am flexible on check-in and check-out times.
