The cozy accommodation is very suitable for family/friends weekends, company outings, association outings, meetings, weddings, school camps and sailing camps. The group accommodation is detached and directly located on the Friese Meren. In 2019, the location was completely modernized to modern standards with unique beds and multiple (private) bathrooms (for a lot of privacy). Enjoy the sounds of nature in this unique accommodation. The space This cozy group accommodation features a large group room where you can all eat together. Adjacent to the group room, you will find a bar where the sound system, two filter coffee makers, and a kettle are located. Above the group room is an open loft with the game room. Behind the bar is a lounge that can be closed with soundproof sliding doors. The food can be prepared in a luxurious and professional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, six-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, large oven, microwave and of course plenty of cookware and tableware. On the second floor, there is an additional seating area with various sofas and chairs. The accommodation has 10 bedrooms with the following layout: Bedroom 1 > two single box springs and a bunk bed Bedroom 2 > two single box springs and a bunk bed Bedroom 3 > two single box springs and a bunk bed Bedroom 4 > two single box springs and a bunk bed Bedroom 5 > three single box springs and three bunk beds Bedroom 6 > two single box springs and two bunk beds (one bunk bed is for three people) Bedroom 7 > one single box spring and two bunk beds (one bunk bed is for three people) Bedroom 8 > two bunk beds (both for three people) Bedroom 9 > three single box springs and three bunk beds Bedroom 10 > five bunk beds* *Bedroom 10 is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom consisting of a shower and a toilet. The bunk beds are all bedsteads and therefore offer a lot of privacy. On the second floor, you will find two bathrooms (one for men and one for women) with both four showers and three toilets. You will also find two separate toilets on the ground floor in the group room. Outside the accommodation, you are guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful views with a lovely outdoor terrace equipped with picnic tables. Furthermore, there are fenced fire pits with benches and a large playing field where there is plenty of space to organize activities. This accommodation is right on the Frisian lakes (Oudegaaster Brekken) with its own harbor where 10 open sailboats, 30 stand up paddle boards, 30 canoes and several sloops are rented.
