The Hidden Home (Central apartment with A/C)

Nice and comfortable apartment perfect for one or two people, but it has a sofa bed to be 3 maximum. With an exceptional, central location, we are just a few minutes' walk from the municipal market, shops and the airport. Carrizalillo, Bacocho and Puerto Angelito beaches are between 15 and 20 minutes walk away. The space The space where you will stay is in a condominium with 3 apartments. The same main entrance is shared. There is a Spanish language school upstairs, but there is a large space where we have a large tree where you can park. However, each apartment is independent and you can have the privacy and comfort you are looking for. The apartment has fiber optic WIFI, A/C in the room, a double bed, bath towels, a television with NETFLIX, the bathroom has shampoo and soap, and the kitchen has cooking utensils, a sofa bed, and a table with 4 chairs. -It doesn't have hot water- but we can lend you a resistance if you need it. Guest access Only guests are allowed in, and if you bring company, please let the host know in advance. They have their own outdoor table that is exclusive to Hogarcito Escondido, but the parking is shared. Other things to note -It has a double bed in the bedroom area, which has air conditioning and a wall fan, and a sofa bed in the living room area, a space that only has a fan. *Other details to mention* Being in an urban area, we have some noise that we can't control, such as patron saint festivities, neighborhood parties, some dog barking, fireworks, etc. IN GENERAL, NO NOISE IS HEARD INSIDE THE ROOM.
