The space This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse offers comfort, privacy, and a relaxed living experience. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the living room has a sofa bed – perfect for couples, small families, or friends. Living areas, bedrooms, and the kitchen are equipped with smart TVs with access to popular streaming services. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the house. A separate workspace with a monitor allows for longer stays or remote work in a quiet atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a modern water filtration system with UV filter – drinking water is always available, no need to buy bottled water. A safe is provided for your valuables. Upon arrival, you will receive a small welcome and breakfast package with coffee, milk, and sugar. Guest access Guests have access to all areas and amenities of the townhouse. Alcoholic beverages provided on the cart are not included in the stay and are available for purchase. Other things to note Please note that the check-in time must be respected. Early check-in before 3:00 PM is subject to availability and incurs a $25 fee. Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM. Late check-out will be charged at the full nightly rate per hour. If anything is not satisfactory during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Taking out the trash, washing dishes, and doing laundry are optional; however, we kindly ask that dishes are left clean. Guest comfort is our top priority. Please confirm the exact address a few hours before arrival. Hosts are not responsible for guests’ vehicles or forgotten personal belongings. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A $2,500 penalty will be charged for violations. Smoking outdoors is permitted. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed, as the neighborhood is quiet and residential.
