The space As you approach The T-Mac Shack, you'll step right onto the inviting screened-in porch, a perfect spot to unwind without the annoyance of pesky mosquitoes. With ample seating available, the whole family can gather to enjoy card games in the serene atmosphere of the porch. Kitchen- As you step into the home, you'll find yourself immediately in the kitchen and dining space. This kitchen is fully outfitted with all the essentials for whipping up a delicious family meal, excluding the food, of course. It features a full-sized stove and oven, along with a distinctive drawer fridge/freezer combo seamlessly integrated into the cabinetry. The dining area comfortably accommodates six, making it ideal for a cozy family dinner! Living Room- This inviting living room offers ample seating for the whole family to snuggle up and enjoy their favorite films on the smart TV. Don't overlook the charming wood-burning fireplace, where the warm glow of the embers at night creates the ultimate cozy cottage atmosphere. Master- The master bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating an ideal retreat for relaxation. You'll find the bed so inviting that leaving it will be a challenge. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in tile shower, ensuring you enjoy complete privacy. Second Bathroom- The second bedroom offers a cozy retreat with two twin beds and a full-sized bed nestled in the lofted area, easily reached by a convenient ladder. You'll also find an en-suite bathroom complete with a tub/shower unit, perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventures, along with a handy clothing rack to keep your belongings organized! Guest access You’ll enjoy full access to the entire gated community, which features several public docks. There’s also a children’s play area and outdoor games like ladder-ball and cornhole, all situated at the largest public dock in the center of the community. Plus, there’s ample parking available if you prefer not to walk!
