Three-bedroom trade fair apartment about 11 km from the trade fair. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, shopping and the central bus station (ZOB). Free parking is available. The space The Messe apartment is located on a farm in an outbuilding and is about 80 m². Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a small lounge with table and 4 chairs. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m). Bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has a single bed (2.0 m x 1.0 m). In bedroom 3 there is a small kitchenette with stove, kettle, coffee maker, etc., which can be used if necessary. On the ground floor is the living room overlooking the large garden. There is also a refrigerator for the after-work beer. There is a separate shower on the ground floor. Linens and towels are provided. Several restaurants and shops (with baker) can be reached in a short time on foot. The central bus station (ZOB) is only 200 m away. There is a possibility to book breakfast at Hotel zur Linde about 30 m away after prior registration. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We rent another apartment in the attic of the main building (see other listing). Other things to note There is a sauna in the house. Paid use is only permitted after consultation.
