We offer this charming 100 m2 semi-detached cottage on the heights of Breitenbach. Located south-facing and quiet, in an authentic and natural site, this cottage has stunning views, a breathtaking panoramic view. From the living room, terrace and master bedroom, you can admire the village and the great Munster Valley at your feet, higher up the Petit Ballon, the Schnepfenried resort and up to Honeck. Welcome to Chalet du Chat-Perché! The space Beautiful contemporary cottage, well arranged and nicely decorated. Ground floor: a living room (lounge) with wood-burning stove available, open to a fully equipped kitchen, with a well-defined dining area, and a separate toilet with sink. Large bay windows open onto a 22 m2 terrace with panoramic views. Upstairs, a sleeping area including: a bedroom with a 160 x 200 queen size bed; another bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed, a 90 x 200 single bed and a baby crib available. In the bedrooms, you will find storage and an office area for quiet remote working, with mountain views. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, spa bath and baby bath complete this cocoon. Guest access Close to the center of Munster, 20 minutes' drive from Colmar, close to the ski resorts of Schnepfenried and La Bresse and 1 hr 20 min from Strasbourg. The TER train station, a 10-minute walk from the chalet, will allow you to travel quietly to Colmar or to go up to Metzeral, while a bus line (stop located below the chalet) will take you to the stations. Lovers of walking or cycling, mountain hiking or winter sports will be delighted, not to mention the proximity to the Alsace Wine Route. Softness, warm light, antique objects: the decoration is neat. The cottage was designed to live comfortably and pleasantly. Quietly, in a soothing environment, you will have a dream vacation. Kitchen linen: 1 dish towel, 1 hand towel, 2 pot holders, 6 cloth towels. Wood-burning stove and its protective grille, with wood and firelighters provided.
