Our modern cabin is surrounded by acres of Acadian forest with stunning views of the natural landscape in all directions. A large wood-fired/electric hot tub is tucked in out front, while Adirondack chairs and a fire pit provide the perfect place to relax and keep warm. Tranquil Croft Lake is a short stroll through the woods. The space The cabin is tucked away well off the main road, along a gravel lane running through the property. The outside of the cabin is clad in weathering steel and sits atop an elevated area in a large, yet private clearing. Once inside, the cabin reveals views of the property in three directions through its floor to ceiling windows. A short stroll through the woods will lead you to Croft Lake, where you can take a paddle or refreshing dip off the private dock, or sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of the calm waters. The Woodlots at Croft Lake sits adjacent to the Rum Runners rail trail, which connects the villages and towns of the South Shore. From here you can walk, hike or bike to Chester, SENSEA Nordic Spa, Oak Island, Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and beyond. The seaside public wharf is also within walking distance from the property, where fishing and tour charters of Mahone Bay can be arranged.
