Russian Gulch State Park (walk to), picturesque ocean bluffs, and Point Cabrillo Lighthouse are all nearby. Fort Bragg’s Skunk Train depot, breweries, and dining are a quick 15 minute drive away. The quiet, half-acre property has ample parking, a serene garden, and is well situated so you can make the most of your time in this special place. The space The Cottage is 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths Downstairs: King bed with master bath attached Additional quarter bath on first floor Upstairs rooms: Bedroom 1- Queen bed Bedroom 2- 1 King bed + 1 Queen bed Full bathroom on second floor Living room Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, games Kitchen is fully stocked with lovely dining area situated to view garden. Outdoor space Enjoy the lovely semi-enclosed patio with bbq and seating area and outdoor lights. Enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding the cottage. The Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with an ideal location. Enjoy the restaurants, shops and headlands trails within a short 5 minute drive to the village of Mendocino. 15 minutes north you can find the town of Fort Bragg for more shopping, dining and recreation ( whale watching/ fishing charters). Russian Gulch State Park is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the cottage and has some of the most breathtaking views of the coastline and wonderful hiking trails. You may find frequent visits from deer while staying. Curl up with a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire place, in the peaceful garden or in one of the bay windows. House Guidelines/Rules: 8 guests maximum( including children and infants) due to capacity limitations. Please approve outside guests prior to their visit. Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors. Please note that the cleaning fee is included in the price of booking however excessive soiling or damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear may result in an additional cleaning fee to cover the extra time and resources required to restore the property to its original condition. Propane for grill not supplied by host- while we do try to restock we can not guarantee the level of tanks. There are multiple places to refill the tanks in Fort Bragg. Guests are responsible for property damage or theft. In booking the house guests are assuming risk of any harm arising from their use of property and amenities Late checkout is not permitted unless previously approved by host. Any additional time after 11 am checkout that has not been approved may be subject to additional fees for guests as our cleaning staff arrives promptly to have the cottage ready for the next guests. Follow all safety guidelines/rules for sauna
