Please adhere to the maximum number of vehicles allowed as stated in the listing. ◆ Prohibited Items ◆ Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and charges for additional costs (Damage/Soiling fees start from ¥10,000). Unregistered Guests: Use of the facility by anyone other than registered guests is forbidden. Immediate check-out and extra fees apply if discovered. Footwear: Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the building. Slippers: Indoor slippers must not be worn outside. No Smoking: Smoking (Electronic cigarettes, vapes, paper cigarettes) is forbidden. Special cleaning fees will be charged as odors are extremely difficult to remove. Check-in/Out: Unauthorized stay before or after scheduled times is prohibited. Nighttime Disturbances (20:00–8:00): No noise, littering, or smoking in front of the building/on the street. Fire Hazards: Unauthorized bonfires, fireworks, or littering of cigarette butts is strictly prohibited. Equipment: Misuse, removal, or unauthorized disposal of property equipment is prohibited. Please report any damage immediately. Waste Disposal: Do not dispose of trash without host confirmation (it must be processed as commercial waste). Do not leave trash outside as it attracts wildlife (crows, etc.). Please keep it indoors. Excessive Trash: Leaving large amounts of cardboard or shoe boxes will incur extra disposal fees. Oversized Waste: Suitcases cannot be disposed of. If left behind, a disposal fee of ¥10,000 per item will be charged. Windows: Do not leave windows open without screens. Insects or birds may enter. Tatami Mats: If you spill liquids on tatami, wipe it immediately and inform the host. If staining occurs, replacement fees start from ¥100,000.
