Cottage 2 is centrally located between 4 different trail systems for Hatfield McCoy. We are on the southern trail systems, please check out our website for Kimball ATV Hideaway. All our cottages are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home. We also have an atv wash area in the back field and fire pits to relax around after a long day of riding the trails. The space Exterior Set Up All our cottage have a fire pit with chairs provided. We also furnish wood to burn but ask for a donation to help keep things fully stocked up. This cottage also has a horse shoe pit on the right side of the cottage. Also both cottage 1 and 2 are fenced in together with plenty of parking between both cottage but if over run is needed there is a large parking are behind the cottages. All our cottage come with good FLAT parking areas to accommodate trailers, vehicles and UTV's. Guest access Key Lock box at front door. Codes will be emailed the day before arrival.
