The Nook: contemporary luxury in Woodhall Spa

Walk into Woodhall Spa from The Nook, a luxurious barn, comfortable, cosy and well insulated with a newly installed wood burner for cold winter months. Cool in summertime it looks out onto our lovely garden. Take a leisurely 15 minute walk into the village surrounded by indigenous trees, with world class golf, restaurants, cafes and pubs and the famous Kinema in the Woods. Drive to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds with the coast beyond. Alternatively Lincoln is only 30 min away - enjoy! The space The Nook is a single level barn with a small step at the front entry and into the bathroom. It overlooks our garden. We have newly installed a firefox woodburner and will provide you with plenty of fuel for your stay and clear instructions. Electric radiators add to your comfort. The living room is furnished with a squashy Tetrad leather sofa and footstool. We provide books and games for those times you want to switch off the 42inch smart TV with Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime also wifi The dining area sits two around a rustic kitchen table and the kitchen has all you need for self catering or indeed for ready meals and takeaways. Our local co-op does the excellent COOK line of pre-prepared food. In the bedroom we have made up the king size bed with all cotton bedding, a cosy feather duvet and four pillows. Reading lamps and charging stations are there for your convenience. There is a wardrobe and set of drawers. The bathroom has a heated towel rail - towels provided, walk in shower and soap and shower gel. There is an outhouse with a washing machine and dryer. Extras We provide with tea ,coffee and sugar. Cooking oil and cleaning basics are in the bathroom and kitchen. We are very centrally placed for Woodhall Spa - 7 mins walk to sainsbury's 10 mins walk to the High Street and shops and cafes. We have a terrific butcher and famous deli. The renowned Petwood Hotel is 2 minutes by car and we are surrounded by lovely woodland walks. The National Golf course, Kinema in the Wood and of course the Lincolnshire Wolds and the Coast are only a drive away. Guest access You have access from a shared drive (park up under the trees as you come in) to the Nook which will be prepped and open for you. We will meet you if we are around - otherwise we will make arrangements with you prior to your visit. We have a small laundry available on request for a small fee. Other things to note We stipulate one dog but if you want to bring two we need to know in advance the size and breed and nature of your pets because of other dogs on the site. For two there will be a cash supplement of £20 for the entire stay.
