Family Friendly Cottage Located Near Pool and Amenities

SHORT AND LONG TERM RENTALS AVAILABLE This well-maintained cottage has an open living room, with a vaulted ceiling and a well-lit loft. Hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a gas fireplace. A large deck off the living room with a view of the amenity park, pool, tennis courts, and mini golf course. A large well-equipped kitchen with a spacious eating area. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom has a deck off of the back. The sunny loft has a queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. Our cottage comes fully furnished with all the conveniences of home. We are situated near the center of the resort, on a quiet street and only a few minutes walk to the main pool, hot tubs, sand-volleyball court, playground, mini golf, common BBQ area, tennis/pickleball, convenience store, and restaurant. The lakefront at LaCasa is a combination of a marina, boat launch, fire pits (based on local campfire rules), parking, 2,100 feet of beach (mostly rock with some sand areas) and an aqua park. The adventurous group has the opportunity to explore 100 acres of backcountry including an extensive network of trails for hiking, mountain biking, ATV, dirt bikes, or snowmobiling. Water sport enthusiasts have easy access to Lake Okanagan at La Casa’s own marina and beach. Our goal is to make your stay relaxing with the hope that you create memorable experiences for your family. Boat slips are available by advance booking through the Strata Office.
