Other things to note This is one of the most convenient places to stay in IT Park— On the ground floor of the building, there’s a 7-Eleven for your daily needs and it is right across from Sugbo Mercado, where you can enjoy a variety of Cebu’s local delicacies. Next to Sugbo Mercado is the bus terminal, and just a short walk across the street is Ayala Central Bloc. Guests of unit owners are now required to pay a Php 100 fee per person to use the pool. • Payment must be made online only – cash is not accepted. Parking We don’t have available parking inside the building. However, there are several paid parking spaces just outside. • Rates: Php 35 / 4 hrs, Php 80 / 12 hrs, and Php 10 per hour for excess time or overnight stays. Bed Setup • Beds are arranged based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Please message us in advance for clarifications. • Bed sheet, towel, and blanket colors may differ from the listing photos. • Additional bedding, pillows, blankets, or cleaning services may be arranged upon request (subject to availability and extra charges). • Additional cleaning or toiletry refills are not provided automatically – kindly request if needed (with applicable fees). House Rules • Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly not allowed without approval. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • No parties, events, or pets allowed. • Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. • Respect check-in and check-out times. Early or late check-ins are subject to availability.
