Nestled on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the woods for plenty of privacy. The home is within walking distance of many of the area's restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. We are located 1.5 miles from The Lakehouse Casino, historic Sylvan Beach Amusement Park and the public beach . Multiple public lake access points are within walking distance for fishing or lazy beach days. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The driveway is large enough to park a boat or snowmobile trailer . We are located close to many of the East end of Oneida Lake's public access points, including boat and kayak launches. Marion Manor has a boat launch for boat enthusiasts and is less than 5 miles from the home. The home is a 40 minute drive to downtown Syracuse. Point Place Casino and Turning Stone Resort & Casino are a short 20 minute drive from this location. The whole house is available for use excluding the entrance off the kitchen which has a code lock on it. This is for supplies and cleaner use only. The furnace can have a slight odor when it starts that dissipates quickly. There is a smoking receptacle located in the backyard. Please use this area for smoking only out of respect of the neighbors.
