Cedar Hill Haven -a secluded location just 35 minutes from downtown Nashville and nestled in the meandering humble hills of middle Tennessee. Surrounded by farmland, enjoy your coffee overlooking the fields, a stroll along a rippling creek or just nestle in to recharge and enjoy the peace only the country has to offer. The perfect place to connect with family and friends around the campfire and make memories to last a lifetime. The space Cedar Hill Haven's master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom hosts a queen size. Located in the living room is a full size hide-a-bed. Located in the private laundry room is a murphy bed that is full size - please let us know if you want that made available for you during your stay. There is also a small pull out office space in the laundry room. Please see the pictures listed for reference. Please note: Cedar Hill Haven is a pet-free home. We kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property to keep the space comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies. Thank you for understanding. We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay, and keeping the home in great shape helps us do that. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, please review the policies below. The following charges may apply if house rules are not followed: • Smoking indoors: $250–500 (covers deep cleaning and odor removal) • Unauthorized pets: $150–250 per pet • Extra or unregistered guests: $50–100 per person, per night • Unauthorized parties or events: $500–1,000, plus any damages, and may result in cancellation of the stay without refund • Fireworks: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations result in a minimum $250 charge plus the full cost of any resulting damage. • Late checkout (without approval): $50–100 per hour past checkout time • Stained linens or furniture: $25–100 per item, depending on severity • Missing or damaged items: Replacement cost plus a small handling fee Other things to note Please note: Cedar Hill Haven is a pet-free home.
