Laundry in unit The space This property is great for large groups of adults coming in for an event or construction crews working on local projects there is a poker and pool table, sits above a cap store with gaming machines and across from a Convenience store with food, beer ect, private parking lot to the right of the building next to an outdoor fire pit area for guest to us. Please note that the parking in front and on the side of the building is for the use of the vape store downstairs. The neighborhood is very urban and in the city so there is noise from traffic ect. The is a very spacious loft has a Poker table, pool table, as well as dominoes and other board games. Guest access The guest have full use of the loft space. There are several stairs to climb being that it is a loft, and the stairs are shown in the photo entering the front door.. the space is not baby or toddler proofed and there is an open stairway so it wouldn’t be ideal for small children without fear of stairs! Other things to note The loft is on a major street on the corner above a busy vape store that is not supposed to smoke inside the building and is not a dispensary nor do they sell marijuana. However it has been reported that some guest have smelled weed coming from customers frequenting the store and possibly from the store staff themselves using it inside their store, so there is a potential for noise or odors due to vape store and the location being in the city limits and on a main road inside a commercial building…
