Layout Left side of the house: two king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity. One king bedroom with adjoining master bath and walk-in shower. Right side of the house: one king bedroom with master bath and walk-in shower. A Jack and Jill bathroom join a king bedroom and the bunk room. Bunk room sleeps 9 with 3 full beds and 3 twins. Center / main living area: fully stocked kitchen with large island, bar seating, dining area, recreational / billiards area with high top table seating, additional seating area, and a large tv area with views to the outdoor courtyard and pergola.
