Other things to note Fee Disclosure Please read carefully before booking. • Unapproved or undisclosed overnight guests: $50 per person, per night • Late check-out: $30 per hour • Early check-in (subject to availability): $50 • Lost or unreturned keys: $100 replacement fee • Smoking, vaping, or drug use (inside unit or common areas): $500 fine • Unauthorized parties or gatherings: $500 fine and possible immediate cancellation without refund • Damage, excessive mess, or missing items: $25–$1,000 These policies help us maintain a clean, orderly, and professionally managed property, which allows us to provide a consistent experience for all guests. Check-in Details Check-in instructions are sent on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM. This timing is a security measure to protect the property and current guests. Parking One complimentary parking space is provided. A second vehicle may be accommodated depending on size and availability. Supplies A starter set of supplies is provided. Guests are responsible for additional items during their stay. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are in use and are disclosed under the “Guest Safety” section of the listing.
