The space Bedrooms: - The first villa boasts 8 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and 6 bedrooms on the first floor. - Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. - Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room offers comfortable seating for 15 people on a sofa. - A television set is available in the living room for your entertainment. - The living room boasts a comfortable dining table for 8 pax. - A Table-Tennis table is available in the living room. Bathrooms: - The villa boasts 10 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms are attached with a bathroom. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability. Kitchen & Meals: - Outside meals are not permitted in the property. - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier, electric kettle, Fridge, Oven, induction available (no gas range). - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use. Outdoor Area: - You have access to a private pool for your relaxation and enjoyment. - Additionally, there are recliners near the pool. - The Villa has a garden area with swings for kids to play. - The villa has a cricket turf (30x60) which is available at an additional cost of Rs 2,000/- per day. - The villa has a spacious lawn area. Additional Amenities: - A dining area is provided. - An additional gazebo for you to relax and unwind. - Games such as carrom, table tennis, uno, playing cards are available on request. - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate. - Secured parking space for 2-3 cars. - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. - The property is nestled in an isolated area, and hence Wifi and Network fluctuations can be anticipated. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - There is no air conditioner in the living room. - Outside food is not allowed. - Access Road has minor potholes. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Power fluctuations may happen. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - A private pool is available from 2 pm till 10 pm, - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, travelers, or buses. -Guest cannot bring their own chef or maharaj at the property.
