Within walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre, and many other popular tourist destinations. Universal Studios, Griffith Park, & Hollywood Bowl all minutes away! Totally safe, secure, quiet and clean! Flexible host! It’s fun to live like a local 😎 -Private Room and Private Bathroom in a Shared Space- The space This is a brand new bungalow townhome in the very back of a brand new fourplex in Hollywood. Safe gated entry and awesome neighbors like myself 😉💪💃 PARKING: Street parking is free & unlimited in my neighborhood from 6pm to 8am. It’s a 2 hour limit for all other hours M-F, and they like to give tickets since it’s a touristy area—so please be careful! The 2-hour limit is NOT enforced on Sat & Sun If you need it, the cheapest paid parking garage closest to me is on Johnny Grant Way & Highland (attached to Ovation mall) Parking Garage Rates: $20 for a full day $2 per 20 minutes / $6 per hour $3 for 2 hours with validation from shops $3 for 4 hours with validation from TCL Chinese Theatre Guest access After you come through the front door on the 1st floor, you walk through the common area and kitchen to your room at the back on the first floor. Kitchen: You’re welcome to freely store a few items in the fridge, grab water/ice, and use the microwave, but full access to the kitchen is NOT listed an amenity for guests at this location. If you need to lightly use the kitchen in any capacity, please ASK me first, and kindly clean up after yourself and take care of all used dishes. Thanks for helping me keep the kitchen squeaky clean! During your stay You will most likely come across me or other guests during your stay as this is a shared space with other private rooms available for rent. Please be respectful of quiet hours 10pm-9am 😉💪 Other things to note * Check-in is ANY time AFTER 4pm and Check-out time is BEFORE or at 11am * Automatic $500 fine if you attempt to arrive the night BEFORE your check in. For example, if you need to arrive at 1am on the night/morning of May 5, you would need a reservation for May 4. Any attempts to swindle a free night and claim "misunderstanding" will result in a $500 fine and reporting you to Airbnb. * Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am * You’re welcome to freely store a few items in the fridge, grab water/ice, and use the microwave, but full access to the kitchen is NOT listed an amenity for guests at this location. If you need to lightly use the kitchen in any capacity, please ASK me first, and kindly clean up after yourself and take care of all used dishes by washing, drying, AND PUTTING AWAY. Thanks for helping me keep the kitchen squeaky clean! * Using the Kitchen failing to clean up after yourself will result in a $50 fee. * No children under 8 years old are allowed due to safety features of the home and noise for close proximity to other guests. * Absolutely no Amazon or other deliveries should be made using our homes address. Amazon Lockers and post offices are acceptable other options. We do this for safety and for no complications. * No pets allowed. Bringing a pet incurs a $100 house rule break fee and $50 additional fine for each night pet was present. * Do NOT touch the thermostat. It’s set to the average perfect temperature for whole house. If you need hotter or colder portable fans and heaters are in the closet. Do not effect the whole house without asking me first. This would be disrespectful otherwise. $25 per change. * No additional guests $75 per person per night applies * No third party bookings - guest staying MUST be on the reservation for safety and security. Fine is $250 per night. * No smoking inside or on balconies as smell comes into the rooms. SMOKE OUTSIDE- ONLY ON SIDEWALK OUTSIDE OF OUR GATE. No marijuana storage in rooms. Smoke smell or weed smell in rooms is $150 * If you arrive late or are out late, please be conscious of noise getting back to your room. * Luggage can be held for an additional $25. Must be approved w/ host on the app. Drop off luggage on the day of check-in between 7am-3pm, or leave luggage to pick up later on the day of check-out until 10pm. * An additional $35 per 30min fee will incur for each additional half hour stayed past 11:00am. * An additional $35 per 30min fee will incur for each additional half hour arrived before 4pm check-in. * Sleeping in common areas of the house will result in a $100 fee. * Moving or rearranging furniture will result in a $100 fee. * Using laundry machines is $75 + * No TV allowed in living room * Automatic $500 fine if you bring any illegal drugs on premises. * Breaking any of these house rules will result in a $100 fee. * Please note we do not have additional parking spaces for guests. * If you leave your tv on at a volume that is disturbing other guests while you are away from the room, we reserve the right to enter your room to turn off the noise and fine you $50 for the noise disturbance. * If you block the driveway with your vehicle in any way, YOU WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY and fined $250. Our neighbors need a clear exit to get to work!!!
