Agriturismo Alpi Apuane is a 19th-century villa in Garfagnana, 800 meters above sea level. The house is immersed in a unique setting, with a panoramic view of the lake valley and the Apuan Alps. Guests can enjoy a private pool, surrounded by a large garden with deckchairs and parasols. The area is perfect for walks in nature, suitable for every season, and for visiting the famous Alps. It is the ideal retreat for those who want tranquility, with amenities at their fingertips. The space The accommodation is spread over an area of 160 m² and is divided into three levels, offering comfortable and well-distributed environments. • Ground floor: large dining area with equipped kitchenette, equipped with oven, microwave, American coffee machine and dishwasher. On this level there is also a half bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. • First floor: elegant living room with satellite TV, fireplace and single sofa bed, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a hot tub and a double bedroom. • Second floor: two spacious double bedrooms, both with access to a covered terrace, and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation offers large, well-lit spaces, well-kept finishes and a functional distribution of the rooms, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guest access All areas of the property are accessible to guests, except for the pool water filtration area. To ensure maximum cleanliness and water quality, the host will provide daily filtration, especially during the hottest periods. The operation will take place at approximately 6:00 p.m. and will last about an hour. Thank you for your understanding.
