Agriturismo Alpi Apuane is a 19th-century villa in Garfagnana, 800 meters above sea level. The house is nestled in a unique context,with panoramic views of the lake valley and the Apuan Alps. Guests can enjoy a private pool,surrounded by a large garden with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The area is perfect for nature walks, suitable for every season, and to visit the famous Alps. It is the ideal retreat for those who want tranquility,with the comforts at your fingertips. The space The accommodation covers an area of 160 m² and is divided into three levels, offering comfortable and well-distributed rooms. • Ground floor: large dining area with equipped kitchenette, equipped with oven, microwave, American coffee machine and dishwasher. On this level, there is also a half bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. • Second floor: elegant living room with satellite TV, fireplace and single sofa bed, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a double bedroom. • Second floor: two spacious double bedrooms, both with access to a covered terrace, and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation offers large, well-lit spaces, refined finishes and a functional distribution of rooms, ideal for a stay dedicated to comfort and relaxation. Guest access All areas of the property are accessible to guests, except for the pool water filtration area. To ensure maximum cleanliness and water quality, the host will provide daily filtration, especially in the warmer periods. The operation will take place at approximately 6:00 pm and will last about an hour. Thank you for your understanding.
