The house is located in Ancy-le-Franc in a peaceful and residential area. It is detached and built on a basement and has: entrance, living room, independent equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed for 2 people in 140 cm, bathroom, separate toilet. Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Linen and cleaning included. The space The house is detached on a total basement. There is an outdoor staircase that leads to the house. In the entrance you will find a closet with all the necessary cleaning supplies just in case (cleaning is included) and baby equipment: travel crib, baby bouncer, booster seat, mattress, high chair, changing table, playpen, all-terrain stroller... A living room with table (extension cord available in entrance closet), sofa, wifi with fiber, TV (TV channels by Orange tv box), smart speaker, radio, a buffet with dishes and electric appliances such as raclette, a library with books, tour guides and board games in the window. A kitchen equipped with induction stove, hood, rotating heat oven, 2 top refrigerators with freezer compartment ***, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric chopper, egg mixer. Corridor with closet containing: extra blankets and pillows. 2 bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, nightstands and bedside lamp and luggage rack; sheets are provided and beds made upon your arrival. Bathroom with sink, bathtub, wc and bidet; towels provided. There is also a shower in the basement that can be used. Separate toilet. Loggia with outdoor table and lounge. Garden with sunbeds and children's games. Garage to park your vehicle, bike rack, laundry room. 4 adult bikes and 3 children's bikes are also available to guests. Guest access The house is totally usable. The enclosed garage under the house is accessible from the outside and inside. You can enter a vehicle or motorcycles/bicycles. Otherwise there is a place to park a vehicle in the courtyard and the gate closes with keys. Adult and children's bikes are available free of charge in the garage if you'd like to take a ride, as well as an all-terrain baby stroller. Other things to note Bed, bathroom and house linen are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival. Cleaning is included . The house must be tidied up when you leave, the garbage sorted and put down in the containers outside in front of the garage door. The accommodation is entire and consists of an equipped kitchen. Breakfast and meals NOT provided. All the first necessities shops are in the village.
