In this 2 story house you will find several living areas inside and outside the property. On the second floor you will find the rooms. All bedrooms have a full bathroom, hot water and A/C If you visit us with your little ones we have also thought of them! They will have a trampoline and children's park with enough green areas so they can run freely. Inside the land we have a front house "Oceanica Blue". Only shared spaces are: the parking lot, children's park and trampoline. RULES: Visitors are🚫 not allowed. Parties are🚫 not permitted. 🚫 No illegal substances. 🚫 Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Secure parking within the property. Only registered people will have access to the house. Quiet hours should be respected from 10pm to 8am.
