Free street parking is available nearby. Guest access Guests have access to their private room, a shared bathroom, and the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. You're also welcome to use the cozy reading nook, laundry room, refrigerator, and pantry during your stay. In the curio cabinet, you’ll find a selection of games, puzzles, and art supplies available for everyone to enjoy — perfect for a quiet evening or creative break. Each space is designed to support a calm, welcoming, and restorative experience. During your stay The host is committed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. If any assistance is needed during your visit, the best way to reach them is by phone call, especially for important matters or emergencies. While the host will be around the house from time to time, they are always available via the provided phone number. Text messages may take a little longer to respond to, as they are often quite busy, but rest assured that the host will do their best to accommodate any requests. Feel free to reach out anytime! Other things to note Cleanliness is extremely important in this shared space, as other guests will be using the common areas at the same time as you. We kindly ask that you respect the shared spaces and keep them tidy for everyone’s enjoyment. As this is a shared environment, it’s important to be comfortable with interacting and communicating with others. If you’re unsure how to relate or communicate in a shared space, this may not be the best place for you. There is absolutely no allowance for guests without prior approval. Any unapproved guests found on the property may result in immediate removal and cancellation of your stay. Additionally, there is a zero-tolerance policy for violence or illegal activity on the property. If any such behavior is detected, authorities will be contacted, and the individual will be removed from the property. If you plan to bring a pet, prior approval from the host is required. Please note that there is an additional $75 fee for bringing a pet, which will be used for cleaning supplies to disinfect and sanitize your room after use.
