Upon entry of the guest house you climb a flight of stairs and enter into the main living space. This open floor plan has your living room equipped with a sofa, artwork, a 48” HD flatscreen TV, that includes WiFi and cable along with the kitchen that includes all your needed amenities; a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, corian countertops, and hard finished floors. As you walk down the hall to your left is your bathroom with tiled finish and tile lavatory. As you continue down the hall to your right is the master bedroom that offers a queen bed, closet space and plenty of light. This unit offers a second separate bedroom with a full bed, in this room you see your laundry facilities behind the closet doors. Located only four blocks to famous Ocean Ave indulge in watching the gorgeous sunsets, walks to the beach, ride a bike on the boardwalk, or dine in the many cafes surrounding our community. Leave your car behind walk, scooter or bike to the Promenade, Pier, and Metro-link, it truly is an unbeatable location.
