We do not rent to groups of young people. The space You enter through a corridor and it is the fourth house in the back. The property has 44m2 covered + a patio with private grill and a laundry room. The location is unbeatable, less than a block from the entrance to the “La Rambla” beach. A block away there is a small market and a rotisserie (open only in season) and 6 blocks away there is a supermarket "Los Hermanos" that opens all year round. It is a 6-minute drive to downtown Pinamar and 15 blocks to downtown Ostende. The ground floor has a living-dining room, a toilet, a room with a sailor's bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered laundry room and a patio. Upstairs is the room with a double bed and a full bathroom. The house is cool with lots of ventilation and has two floor turbo fans. It also has 3 electric stoves for the winter. IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons, no linens are provided. We ask that you bring bedding, towels, and bath towels.
