Farm Cottage for 10–12 People

Located in a hamlet in the heart of Livradois Forez, this house with 10 beds + 4 extra beds, welcomes you in a large, very warm room, heated with a large pellet stove. Guests can use the video projector and screen for movie or photo evenings as well as games for all ages. At your disposal is a children's corner and amenities such as cots, changing table. There is an outdoor area with a small alley in front. Ecologically renovated gîte. The space An alley passes in front of the outdoor space. Other things to note The pellet stove works great and heats up strong. It is requested €5 per bag of pellets. At the height of winter, one bag per day is required. Bed linen is included in the reservation except for the last 2 extra beds. Towels and washcloths are also available. In case of hot weather, you will be offered flat sheets so you don't use duvet covers and duvets. Duvets should not be used without a cover. A mattress protector is placed above bed punnets. These two protections will be left on the beds at the time of stripping the bed linen at the end of the stay. A compost bucket as well as sorting bins are available and the location to empty them is explained on arrival. We ask that only eco-friendly products are used for cleaning and toiletries. There are some in the accommodation available. Pets are allowed, but there is no fenced garden. Dogs are not allowed to go to the bedroom floor. An alley passes in front of the outdoor space.
