Please review and agree to this policy before booking: General Guidelines 1. Approval Required: All dogs must be disclosed and approved at the time of booking. Undeclared dogs may result in penalties, including cancellation without refund. 2. Pet Limits: the Nest is not a large place. maximum of one dogs permitted. Dogs must weigh under 50 lbs unless approved in advance. 3. Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding/crate. 4. Supervision: Dogs must not be left alone in the property. 5. Outdoor Conduct: Dogs must remain on a leash while outdoors. Guests must clean up after pets and use the designated waste bin. 6. Damage and Cleaning: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or cleaning needed due to their pets. Charges will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary. Fees Pet Fee: $50 per dog, per stay. Refundable Damage Deposit: $300, returned after a satisfactory post-checkout inspection. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required or damages exceed the deposit.
