This home is ready for your stay, whether it's to visit family & friends, or in town for work, you will feel right at home. You will enjoy your stay at this centrally located place with fast food restaurants and gas stations less than a mile away. Vons is a 3 minute drive going West on Imperial Avenue. Walmart is about a 6 minute drive going south. And a hospital is also about an 8 minute drive going south as well. There is also quick access to the 111 express way going North on Western Ave. The space (Spanish translation below) The house has three medium-sized bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, providing ample sleeping space. It also has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your food, one and a half bathrooms with a tub and shower. An open concept room for guests to share in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. In the back of the home, you will find a shaded porch area with chairs, and even an open-air relaxing area to enjoy nice evenings. On arrival there is a parking driveway for one vehicle on the north side of the home. It's possible that two small vehicles can fit in the driveway. Additionally, there is a parking space on the street curb on the north side as well. For entry into the home, the front door is on the Northeast facing the large tree. You will be issued a 4 digit code for the lock on the front door. (the method of input of the code is "0000#") Please let us know if you need any assistance entering the door code.
