Our spacious home features two living areas, two double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Relax in the garden with outdoor seating, and enjoy full amenities including a kitchen and laundry. You’ll be right in the heart of Melbourne’s Inner North, close to iconic suburbs of Fitzroy, Collingwood & Abbotsford. The space Property Highlights: * Large Living Area & Kitchen: Relax in the inviting living room, featuring cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and natural light pouring in through large windows. One bedroom has a black out blind, the other has curtains/blind combination. *Two living spaces: The property includes access to our front room; a cosy living space with, WFH set up, fireplace and bookshelves. The second living/kitchen/dining area has a large L-shaped couch and TV. * Two bathrooms: Freshen up in the two bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower. The large downstairs bathroom is equipped with a large free-standing bathtub overlooking the outdoor green space along the side of the house. * Outdoor Space: Step outside to enjoy a private back garden and patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. * Convenient Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and enjoy the convenience of air conditioning (living room/kitchen), laundry facilities and parking in the back garden if required. Parking on the street is 4P between 7.30-5 mid week and unlimited after 5pm and on weekends. Guest access The whole house is yours except for one room, which will be locked.
