The space This house sits in a quiet neighborhood with a quick entrance from HWY 38. This property is recently available for rental, 3-bedroom ( 3rd bedroom/ 1 bathroom upon request only), 2-bathroom cabin combines stunning view from the outdoor patio, and with modern amenities in the kitchen, high-speed internet, and a smart TV. Perfect for family with two cozy living spaces, a wood stove, outside deck and an enclosed patio with games boards. Two private bedrooms are on the first floor, Third bedroom is available upstairs (upon request for additional guest price). One bathroom inside the Third bedroom and one on the main floor of the house that is shared by the two rooms. There is a spacious dining area that leads to the large balcony patio where you can view and enjoy the beautiful mountain and cider-pine trees. The main cosy living room is were you can enjoy the wood burning stove ( QR-code for directions). Next to it is the loft were the TV and game room is located. This room also leads to the backyard. There are stairs to climb when you arrive on the porch to reach the front door, but there is also a chair lift installed to help for any family members that need it for ADA. Guest access Enjoy some of the best water quality around which is pumped directly from our back Mountain. Taste the difference. Please enjoy the high quality water directly from the kitchen faucet, no need to buy water. Guest and their family members will have access to a ADA style chair lift to access the stairs that lead to the front door or the stairs. You will have access to free drive way which can fit up to 3 cars. You will access to our guest book and local recommendations for restaurants, hikes and activities. We really recommend the local Mexican restaurant and visiting "Falls Picnic Area" and complete the small hike to the water falls. There is also amenities on site for sale once you arrive at the property, if needed or consumed. Other things to note Winter Months: You will be at 5,000 feet elevation, Please note that this mountain area is subject to snowfall, so be prepared for changing conditions and always check the current weather forecast before your arrival. Please bring adequate jackets, warm clothing to really take advantage of the outdoor trails. In the winter months ( December, Jan, Feb, March, sometimes April) a 4x4 vehicle may be needed, and/or chains may be property to access the property/area. The host will have extra chains for purchase at the property in case of an weather emergency. Please message for availability.
