Ocean view and pool in Ponta Negra

The Flat is located in the Sezimbra Village condominium, near Morro do Careca, just a 4-minute walk to the waterfront. Super cozy and well equipped, it has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with an incredible view of the sea. The condominium has a leisure area with free access, where there is a beautiful garden, adult and children's pool and barbecue area with sea view. We only accept reservations for check-in on the same day until 7 p.m. The space The Flat is divided as follows: - 1st bedroom: 1 full bed | Air-conditioned - 2nd bedroom: 1 full bed and 1 single bed | Air-conditioned - Full social bathroom | Equipped with *washing machine* - Full kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, table with chairs, cutlery in general. - Living room overlooking the sea and Morro do Careca - equipped with sofa and SmartTV + 1 extra mattress (if necessary) *General Notes: - The amount may vary based on the number of guests, check the quotation. - Breakfast not included. In this unit, you will have: Complete linen for the number of guests on the reservation (we do not have a quilt/blanket as a rule) Note: Linen change not included, and can be requested at an additional cost. Guest access Guests will have free access to the apartment and the condominium's common areas. - Parking: The condominium has private parking with a rotating system. Guests can occupy one space per apartment and use it at will. If at any time all the spaces are occupied or you need to park a second car, it can be parked in front of the condominium. We have security cameras and a guardhouse, so it is safe and quiet. Our guests adapt well to this system and it works very well. Other things to note Check-in information: - Check-in from 2 p.m. and Check-out until 11 a.m. - After confirming your reservation, a link will be sent to be filled in with the guests' data and then access to the unit will be released. Note: Failure to complete or late completion of the link may result in problems checking in. - By the day of your arrival, our team will contact you to provide details about the delivery of the keys. - If necessary, we can use the Self-check-in system, where the guest receives a password and picks up the keys from a safe box at the entrance of the condominium and the Flat. - Visitors are only allowed access to the apartment if they are added as extra guests during the stay, upon payment of a fee.
