One bedroom, Via Argentina, El Cangrejo

This is a 3 apartment bedroom, in which one bedroom it is taken by my mother and the other one I use it. The apt has its laundry room, or family room, kitchen, terrace and it is located on the fifth floor. The street were the building its located is called Via Argentina located in El Cangrejo, it is very busy street at night because there are lots of restaurants as well as pubs, Hotels and bars. There are always people walking late at night in this street. Inside the apt. you dont hear a thing. The space The building has 24 hrs security guards and a very secure way of getting into the apt and only tenants with a key can get in and out of the building. Taxis right in front of the building, restaurants and Metro Rail two blocks from the house. Guest access You can have access through the whole house as long as you respect the rules of noise in the building as well as in the apartment. There is also an elderly person my mother of 91 years old which I take care of her. During your stay I am retired person and taking care of my mother, I will be here at the apt. 24/7 and if you need a guide to take you places it will be my pleasure.
