Note: The guest will not be able to use the common areas of the condominium such as (Pool or ranch) The space The maximum number of adult guests must be 8, there can be up to 10 guests if the other two guests in addition to the 8 adults are under 12 years of age. Guest access Available complete house in a private area in Residencial el Bambú, entering through the private street of Punta Leona. Our house, being located within the private street of Punta Leona, has direct access by the cobbled street to Playa Mantas, which is the beach adjacent to Playa Blanca; Playa Blanca has private access to the beach by means of a vehicle that only members can use. Playa Mantas has a limited public parking lot that can be accessed free of charge when visiting this beach. Other things to note Our house is located in an area that complies with the law on noise pollution and healthy coexistence, so it is very important for our guests to be aware of this law in order to make our coexistence the best and to respect our neighbors and guests. For this reason, our guests must follow the following guidelines: General rules to be followed: 1. Avoid excessive noise. Daytime Hours 6 am to 8 pm -60 decibels- and Night time from 8 pm to 6 am -40 decibels- according to the law. 2. Parking on the street is prohibited. Use only the spaces inside the house that you rent. 3. Respect the surveillance team and security personnel. 4. Always take out the trash when leaving each reservation and deposit it in the trash can next to the house. A photo of the place assigned for said trash will be sent. 5. Pets are not allowed outside the house or in the condominium's common areas. 6. Glass containers are not allowed around the pool. 7. The gym is solely for owners' use. 8. Use of the Club House is not allowed for guests, only for condominium owners. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in financial penalties equivalent to $200 USD to be paid by the Guest in charge of the reservation. 9. The Guest must send a complete list of all guests with names, identification numbers and license plates of the vehicles to be entered at least 36 hours before check-in to obtain an entry authorization.
