There is room for a crib in the bedroom (requested in advance and does not include bedding) Self check-in/ check-out. Complimentary snacks. Complimentary coffee and tea. No smoking (USD100 fine) Guest access We are located 1 block from Metro Parque Bustamante, close to tourist attractions such as Barrio Italia, Cerro San Cristóbal and the city's civic center. Apartment with a private entrance. Parking is not available (there is a paid parking lot one block away) There is no elevator. Other things to note The building has security cameras outside and in common areas. We do not recommend parking on the street. If you break or cause any damage, you must take responsibility and pay for its repair or replacement. If you lose or do not return the building key, you must assume the cost of this USD10/$10,000 and if there is a case of insecurity and we must change the lock of this door, you must assume locksmith costs. IMPORTANT: Since SEPTEMBER 2025, construction work is being carried out in front of the building and noise may be heard, although our windows are thermopanel. These jobs are authorized from 08:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
