2-room apartment on the ground floor with kitchen and underfloor heating

The apartment is located at the foot of the vineyard in Weingarten and combines nature, tranquility and good connections. Hiking trails, jogging and cycling routes start right outside the door. You can easily reach shopping facilities, the local swimming pool and the S-Bahn by foot. Due to its proximity to Karlsruhe, Bruchsal and the A5, the accommodation is ideal for vacationers and business travelers. Restaurants and cafés are in the village, parking is easily possible and the residential area is considered safe and pleasantly quiet. The space The 2-room apartment is about 50 m² and is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance in Weingarten (Baden). Room layout / floor plan The apartment does not have a classic hallway, but a passage layout: From the anteroom you enter the living room, from there you enter the kitchen, then the bathroom and finally the bedroom. This layout is functional and space-saving and is particularly suitable for fitters, solo travelers or couples. The apartment is less suitable for guests who need completely separate rooms. Sleeping & Quiet The bedroom is facing the quiet courtyard. There is a bed (1.60 m wide) and a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Facilities – Underfloor heating in all rooms – Wi-Fi – Smart TV – Fully equipped kitchen – Suitable for short and long stays Kids & Families The apartment is basically child-friendly. On request, we provide a high chair and age-appropriate toys. Please note: Due to the passage rooms, the apartment is more suitable for small families with one child. Location & use The apartment is located on a main road, but is barely audible thanks to new, well-insulated windows. Many guests use the accommodation for work stays, visits to family and friends or short private stays in the region. The property is especially designed for longer stays. Short stays are deliberately limited. Guest access Guests are also welcome to stay in the courtyard. Other things to note Important note on room layout: The apartment doesn't have a separate hallway. All rooms are arranged as passage rooms. Please check if this layout is suitable for you before booking. Smart home and check-in The apartment is partially smart home supported (e.g. lighting and heating), but all functions are easy and intuitive to use. In the apartment is a clear guide to using the equipment. Check-in is usually contactless. On request, however, we will be happy to explain the operation of the apartment and the technical equipment in person – please let us know in advance.
